FAQ

  • What kind of poles do you have?
We have one 40mm and three 45mm chrome X-poles that can be stored on the ceiling for non-pole related classes, workshops and rentals.
  • What should I bring to a pole class?
We recommend bringing a yoga mat or knee pads for warm-up and a bottle of water to every class. Pleasers and other pole shoes are optional but not required. Grip aids like Dry Grip (for sweaty hands) and iTac (for drier skin) are recommended for both new and experienced pole dancers.
  • What sets this studio apart from the rest?
Spin City is a small boutique studio with four 9-foot tall X-poles evenly spaced across roughly 500 square feet. What we lack in size we make up for in charm and community. Our members are the backbone of our business and our space is homey and cozy as a result.
  • Where do I park?
There is free street parking on West Adams Blvd and on our cross streets S Halldale Ave and Brighton Ave. For community events, ride share is encouraged.
  • What are the studio's hours of operation?
We're available for classes, rentals and workshops between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Studio space may be available for rent after hours under special circumstances.
  • Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately the building operates a strict no-pets policy.
