If you've never touched a pole or have limited dance and movement experience, our intro classes are the way to go.
Our choreography and sensual dance classes incorporate low flow and heelography for students who want to dance while our tricks classes offer dynamic upright and inverted spin shapes for pole dancers of all levels.
Many of our classes are beginner-friendly (unless otherwise specified) and/or offer modifications.
We recommend bringing a yoga mat (https://amzn.to/4ekA6jE)or knee pads (https://amzn.to/4fgTm2P)for warm-up and a bottle of water to every class. Pleasers (https://pleasershoes.com/)and other pole shoes are optional but not required. Grip aids like Dry Grip (https://amzn.to/3YMc6Br)(for sweaty hands) and iTac (https://amzn.to/40vFxcc)(for drier skin) are recommended for both new and experienced pole dancers.
We're available for private rentals between 5 a.m. and midnight. Class availability and workshop rental availability are as listed on Mindbody.
For private rentals with instruction, be sure to confirm with your instructor after booking.
Studio space may be available for rent after hours under special circumstances.
