OUR VALUES
We ask that you show respect for
OUR ORIGINS
-
This studio was created to serve as a safe, inclusive space where individuals from all backgrounds can come together to heal and find community through dance and movement
-
Contemporary pole dance was born in the strip club. We owe our art form to strippers and sex workers. We expect anyone who enters our space to show them respect
-
Our students and teachers come from diverse walks of life. We do not condone racism, sexism, transphobia or whorephobia

OUR STUDIO
SPACE
-
Please respect your scheduled time by arriving no more than 5 minutes early and leaving promptly when your session ends. Arriving egregiously early or staying long past your scheduled session will result in a charge for the time.
-
Do not wear jewelry (especially rings) while on the pole
-
Wipe down the poles after use and take any garbage or trash with you (there are garbage cans in the bathrooms down the hall)
-
Check your confirmation email for guidance around how to close up the studio after solo training
-
Leave our space as neat as you found it: return rags to the rack to dry, replace spray bottles, return Roomba to her dock, turn off all lights

EACH OTHER
-
Our studio was built on the principles of fostering an inclusive and supportive community. In our classes, pole sharing may be part of the experience as we emphasize the importance of building connections and camaraderie with your fellow dancers
-
Please get consent from your neighbors before capturing them in videos to be posted online
